my order showed up with the wrong flavors. i reached out hoping they could fix it, but nothing really got resolved.

I’ve been waiting on either a refund or a replacement, and the fact that nothing has shown up yet is what’s sticking with me most right now. Maybe things were fine at some point, but my most recent experience has just been frustrating. The refund never came, and I’m still left trying to figure out what’s going on...

I checked out icecreamsource.com because I was thinking about ordering, but yeah... the prices just felt high for what it is. Even before adding shipping, it didn’t really seem like a great deal. The ice cream might be really good, but value-wise I just couldn’t justify it. I ended up finding cheaper options elsewhere.

A few of the flavors I was hoping to get were out of stock, which was a little disappointing, but I did still manage to find some decent options.

Customer service did reply, which I appreciated, though I still didn’t feel confident enough to order for my kid with allergies. The prices seemed okay, but I really wish the dietary labels were clearer and more consistent.
